Rock Along Productions was invited to talk about Music in our schools on Lets Talk Arizona Wednesday 2/11/2009. This show had Rock Along Productions owner Shona Germino, Trish McCarty and Jan Shoop from Starshine Academy were all guests on the show. The show was focused on children education and specifically music and arts being integrated into children’s lives. Funding being cut from public schools has reduced the number of art and music programs in schools which are vital to building social skills, self confidence among other benefits for children.
Rock Along Production is a big supporter of Guitar Center’s Music Foundation which also donated instruments to Starshine Academy schools.
