Of course, country music has changed. So has pop and rock, as well as television, movies and magazines. It would be nice if the older generation, who long for the good old days, would realize this happens in every generation and the present is about making money, putting on a good show and catering to the market who go to concerts and buy music.
Country music is not dead, just changing with the times, and not everyone thinks that is a bad thing. With so many new artist that capture the younger generation such as Taylor Swift and other, it will be interesting to see what comes out of country music in the near future.
