How To Choose The Right Band?
Choose a style:
Once you have a theme for your event, think of what type of sounds would go with that theme. For example if you are having a corporate function, would may choose to go with a cover band that can play the familiar sounds of the radio or classic hits. You may also want to consider a DJ, and we work with DJ’s and Bands that can bring their own sound equipment in if your place isn’t wired for sound.
Searching for a band:
With our private event services we collect your information as well as your needs and present to you options as well prices. We take over the hard part of coordinating the entertainment for you, so you have more time to focus on other aspects of planning.
Music Samples:
We can provide you sample music to make sure the band has the sound you are looking for. Make sure you you provide a small example list of songs you would like to be played at the event. This is very important. Most professional bands can accommodate your wishes.
Venues:
Some venues have noise or even space issues. be sure to check with the event location. When you ask your event facility about sound, make sure they have plenty of power outlets as well as if they provide PA systems. If it is an outdoor event, make sure there are electrical outlets out there as well. See if they provide extension cords.
Weather concerns? Is there a covered place to move event to in case of rain or other weather?
