On Tuesday night, Britney Spears made her first appearance on “The Late Show With David Letterman” in nearly three years. This time, the singer, who kicks off the second leg of her Circus tour this week, decided to step up the sexy and appear in a bikini. In the pre-taped segment, Spears sat atop a desk to read off “Top 10 Ways the Country Would Be Different if Britney Spears Were President.” The singer showed off her comic side naming reasons like, “We would only invade fun places like Cabo,” “Free pie for everyone,” “Three words: Vice President Diddy” and, “I’d be the first president to wear eye shadow since Nixon.”
Spears hits the road again this week for her Circus tour, where she’ll be joined by opening acts Jordin Sparks, Kristinia DeBarge, Girlicious and One Call. Earlier this month, Spears appeared on the Teen Choice Awards where she was presented with the Ultimate Choice surfboard by Miley Cyrus.
